NuIdeaExchange has specific policies (rules and guidelines) that create a safe and fair trading environment for all NuIdeaExchange members. These policies are strictly enforced for the sake of all NuIdeaExchange members.

NuIdeaExchange uses a rating and feedback system that helps members evaluate other members prior to responding to an RFP or selecting a proposal. This system also provides a forum for discussing issues that arise concerning authorship and ownership of ideas, how ideas are used, and if ideas are used unfairly.

NuIdeaExchange uses SuperUsers, members who are heavy users of NuIdeaExchange and have volunteered to help shape and direct the evolution of NuIdeaExchange, NuIdeaBank and BrandCastles. SuperUsers help to police the community, follow up on ideas as they are released to the general public, and respond to feedback and disputes.
